bouken
Purchased at an event at Keihan Department Store.
It is a pure sake and the rice is Yamadanishiki.
Some accounts on SNS refer to this label as Koshihikari, but I wonder if the specs were changed in the process.
The acidity seems to be more pronounced than when I tasted it.
The acidity is like that of a wine yeast sake.
It's sweet but when I tasted it, it was more like a dessert wine, but it doesn't feel that sweet.
Maybe it will be sweeter when the temperature is a little higher than when it is fresh out of the fridge 🤔.
I didn't think so at the time of tasting but I think this is the one 🤔.
