Exactly one year ago, we held a welcome party for A-kun, a cadet transferred from the Tokyo headquarters.
And today, we held a welcome party for F-kun, a junior employee who transferred to Fukuoka this year, following in the footsteps of A-kun.
We were going to have it at another restaurant, but there was a little happening 😅...
I'm the one who chooses this place, so of course they have a great selection of Sake 👍.

The sweet and bitter pineapple🍍, not sweet and sour, gently spreads in your mouth...
The sweet and bitter taste of the sake rice used (Yamadanishiki and Yumeikkyo) is addictive 😁.
I googled it later and found out that it is the best of the Uguisu series in the garden❗️.
