Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix①
Although we had to rush to the Ogimachi Park event, Muchi and I went to the Sake-1 Grand Prix held at Matsuo Taisha, the god of sake, the next day 😆.
Since we only had two hours, we decided to visit the breweries we had never had before first.
Koganezawa was a first for me.
I wanted to buy a bottle of the Yamahai Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake, but for some reason I missed it 😥.
I drank
Yamahai Junmai
Miyamanishiki. Sake level -2
Not as classic and easy to drink as the label suggests. Slightly sweet with impressive acidity.
Junmai Ginjo Hitomebore.
Sake meter rating -3
Cute and sweet, just as the label implies.
