New product that had never been in the lineup before.
They said it was once-fired.
I think they said the rice was Yamada Nishiki 🤔.
A little fresh, a little apple-like. Slightly sweet and refreshing with a bitter accent at the end.
After a few days, I think it's starting to get citrusy.
