The second drink I ordered after opening "Omine" was this one 🍶.
Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Omachi.
It had a strong apple aroma with a hint of umami, a slight tartness and umami that caught on the tip of my tongue, a sweetness that I could feel behind it, and a clean and refreshing aftertaste.
First time to drink "Wakanami", I think it's the first time to feel the freshness and the astringent feeling that remains at the end 🤔.
