Nf bapak
A modern sake with a sweet-sour flavor that is uniquely Japanese. When we visited Fushimi last year, we bought a bottle of one of the 18 varieties we tried at the Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley, and my wife liked the one that left the best impression on her.
It has been left at room temperature for a year, so it looks like it was left in the stone, but my wife still enjoyed it, saying it was delicious and to her liking, forgetting that she had bought it based on her own preference. I'm glad to hear her say so.
