First meeting at a local brewery❗️ The label is higanbana . Perfect for autumn. The flashy label is strangely intriguing. Rice Polishing Rate Space 70%. Alcohol level space 15 degrees The aroma is of raw oak. It smells like mushrooms. A mellow and robust taste that has been laid down since spring. It has a unique flavor that is different from other sakes. It seems to be a limited sake and only available in the local area. We had grilled fish, grilled maitake mushroom with butter and carrot salad. Drinking at home 114
