I am somewhat tired today.
On a day like this, I decided to drink my favorite sake ð.
So I decided to open a bottle of sake that I recently purchased.
This time it was Ichinokura's Sake+ [Sake Plus].
This sake is said to be a new type of sake that can be enjoyed not only on its own, but also on the rocks with ice, or with soda water added, or whatever else you like to add to enjoy the free arrangement.
Looking at the ingredients, I thought it was a kijozo-shu? I thought so and bought it, but that's what Sake+ was all about, wasn't it?
Since I was in the mood, I had it today with sake, on the rocks, or with soda.
First of all, I drank it as it was.
The moment I drank it, the spiciness and the sake flavor came at once, followed by a refreshing sweetness that was not too sweet and was very easy to drink.
Next, I tried it on the rocks.
The mouthfeel was a little softer, but the spiciness was still there.
However, the sweetness seemed to have increased a little.
Finally, soda and lemon!
The carbonated soda was refreshing, and the spiciness at the moment of drinking was gone.
The lemon added a freshness that made it even more very easy to drink.

Sake really does make you feel tired âš.
This was the first time I had sake mixed with sake and it was refreshing while still retaining the sweetness of sake ð.
