On June 6, 2024, I completed my sixth round of Japan.
The last stop this time is Nagasaki Prefecture. I will be drinking summer sake from "Yokoyama", which I have not had for a long time!
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is of bananas and tropical fruits.
The mouthfeel is soft, fresh, and crisp with a gasiness!
The acidity adds a refreshing, yet juicy, mellow sweetness and deliciousness, just like tropical fruits ✨.
However, in the latter half of the bottle, the clarity + astringency and the sharpness from the acidity come out, and it finishes lightly!
Like the super spicy one we had before, it has a perfect balance of umami and sharpness👍.
This is just after the 6th round, but actually the 7th round is already in its final stages.
Until Okinawa's "Reimei" comes back, I will continue to enjoy it in the 46 prefectures!

I heard that Taiseki Brewery has been closed since March this year due to business succession, and around 2026, a brewery in Ishigaki Island will take over and resume production!
