Since it is the end of the year, we had our second bottle of Jikin Omachi draft this year.
As I thought, it's incredibly delicious. Aside from its compatibility with sashimi, it has a sweetness that is not overpowering, and the umami of Omachi, "sweet and delicious, juicy and chili chili".
No wonder it's so popular. I love it.
