4th glass of sake
We were served this sake to go with salted squid.
This may be the first time for me to drink Yamahai sake.
I am not a fan of Yamahai sake, but it was very easy to drink because it was a pure sake. It had a nice firm flavor and acidity, and went well with the salted squid.
Delicious!
