The sweetness of the Takachiyo was getting too heavy, so I switched to this sake.
The first sip was surprisingly dry and different from the previous sake, but as I continued drinking it, it was delicious with a refreshing umami flavor and a smooth finish!
It was a bottle that goes well with summer.
