Nigorizake drinking comparison
I wanted to try a nigorizake drinking comparison at home once 😤.
First right: Sengoku Snowman
Second from the right: Jikin Toku Jun Nigori Nama
Second from the left: Daimine, Winter no Otosore
1st left - Tenbi a.k.a. Yukiten
First, the Snowman.
It has the strongest oriki among these 4 bottles. When I opened the bottle, it came up to the top of the bottle and it didn't spill, but it got mixed up before I could drink the top clear 😅.
That's how strong it is and this year's is delicious too 😋.
The balance of sweetness and sourness was perfect, and the tanginess was strong too 🍶It's still delicious 😋.
Today's entrée was Sendai's famous Seri Nabe.
