This is also a brand I have been interested in for a long time.
In the Kansai region, Noboru Sake Shop in Nara is the only place that carries it.
There seems to be another brand called "Hon Yoshinogawa" in addition to Hokushinryu.

I had an image of a matured or peculiar sake, but it tastes fresh and clean.
It tastes fresh and clean. I would say it is rather dry.
