I prayed for peace on the road and received a sake from Kanagawa.
It was gorgeous, but did not have the fruity, elegant sweetness that is typical of Aizan.
The bitterness was very impressive, and it was not the type of sake I disliked, although it was delicious,
However, it was not the flavor I was expecting, so I had a delicate feeling about it.

Maybe it's somewhat common to the sake in Kanagawa... 💦 so I haven't had one since I started sakéwa 😅.
