It is a fragrant sake. The aroma was not too gorgeous, but had a sweet, apple-like top note, and in the mouth it had a soft, mellow mouthfeel that was balanced by a crisp acidity and bitterness that made me exclaim, "This is a good sake!
I opened the bottle a month after I bought it, and the lid was so tight I thought I wouldn't be able to open it... I guess it was producing a lot of gas, it didn't spill but it was a little bit alive lol.
