Sorry for the early morning. I've been drinking since midnight and have had a morning to myself.
First time, Hakurakusei!
I bought it at Hasegawa in Tokyo Station. They have as much stock as possible, so if you want to drink it in the Kanto area, please do so. It might be better to call first. (They have a great lineup of others, so it shouldn't be a wasted trip in case they are sold out.)
They used to have pre-fired sake on hand, but I didn't buy it at that time because I was distracted by other brands. Sake is also a once in a lifetime experience, and I wish I had bought it.
I started with my impression of the taste and balance, but it is delicious. It has the feel of straight-up deliciousness. It is not unique, but I feel that if you pursue a standard, you will end up here. If I were to compare it to ramen, it would be the soy sauce that I am obsessed with! It's orthodox, but tasty.
It has the strength of being able to match it with anything. If you don't know what you like in terms of spicy and sweet, and you want to buy a good sake, I think this is the place to choose.
Highly recommended!

I want to buy it and drink it at home because it looks so delicious ðI want to enjoy it slowly with various dishes, which is difficult to do when drinking outside.......

Pon-chan.
Thank you! I always write while drinking, so I'm on a roll (lol), but I'm glad you said that. I think it is a purely delicious brand without any quirks. I hope you enjoy it!
