じゅんさん
The third bottle. A slightly expensive Junmai Daiginjo. We had it by the glass.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a soft, deep flavor. To my mouth, which is used to dry sake, the sweetness and umami taste was a little strong, so the marriage with the sake lees soup pot didn't go well. Ha ha.
Alcohol 15-16 degrees Celsius
Sake degree ±0
Acidity 1.4
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
