Saitama Prefecture is a hard void to fill. In Kyushu, sake from Saitama is far away, so I obtained it when I came to Tokyo for GW. The first aroma is crisp and fruity. The brewery's website says it smells like banana, but to my untrained nose, it smells like muscat. Expectations are high. When I took a sip, I had the impression that it was a white wine. I was impressed. I changed the drinking vessel from a boar's mouth to a wine glass. It was like a white wine, or rather a soft drink mixed with muscat and grapefruit. How delicious! The sake is unfiltered and a little cloudy. Thank you very much.

Hakata Sabaski-san konban-ha(o´ω`o)no~~! You can't find it even in Tohoku 😭 I got it from a local who recommended it to me and it was so delicious 🥰.

Erin....good evening! Thanks for your comment 😃. It seems that most of them are consumed around Kawagoe, the local area of Kura. I would like to aim again next time I come to Tokyo!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Thank you for your comment. It was a clear, clear and refreshing drink. If blindfolded, my nose and tongue would mistake it for a white wine😅.
