We had a few bottles of Jyushiyo left, so we brought an additional bottle of Naraman.
This is the product of a business deal with a sake master. This is one of the sake recommended by the teacher.
There is a slight hint of alcohol in the topping aroma, but not enough to be bothersome.
The mouthfeel is full of sweetness, umami, and acidity, with a strong umami flavor, but the acidity nicely wraps it up. From the fruity aftertaste, the acidity and bitterness gently close the bottle.
