At Aomori Souls' Mutsu Hachisen Sake Brewery meeting in Kameido, Tokyo. The rice used was "Reimei" and the yeasts were "Mahoroba Hana" and "Mahoroba Hou". This is the first "Reimei" low-alcohol daiginjo with an alcohol content of 14%. It has a sweet and sour aroma and a mild mouthfeel. The robust, full-bodied sweetness is like strawberries. The aftertaste is as sweet and sour as the aroma. Release date: November 25, 2022
