Whenever I find Hiragana Takachiyo, I just end up buying it 😂. Melon seems to be the flavor concept here 🤔. So here's the opening 🍾. It is said to be a bit dry, so we'll start with the top clear liquid first 😋. The top aroma is almost nonexistent. The top aroma is slightly subdued, and the same melon-like aroma as the top aroma is slightly in the middle, the gasiness is medium to slightly strong, the umami is small to slightly medium, and the acidity is medium to slightly strong. When mixed with ori, the melon aroma became stronger, just like the concept. The aroma is still melon, and the gasiness is a little less than the top clear aroma, but it still has the same pleasant "shuwa" feeling 🫧. The sweetness and umami are more pronounced, the acidity is less pronounced and the lingering taste is longer than in the supernatant, but it does not last as long as in the supernatant. Since it is only the first day of opening the bottle, I will enjoy the changes in flavor slowly. ☺️
