All the brewery staff were involved in the design and planning of this sake! It is important to create something new while cherishing the good old things in any industry!
After pouring, it arrives lightly in the glass with a slight bubbly 🫧 aroma of fruity, dark grapes 🍇.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight bubbles!
Amaaaaaaaazing!
It tastes like a combination of Fanta Grape with bitter lemon and grenfre 😁It tastes sweet at first, but gradually it runs away from the moderate bitterness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
It's a little lemony, citrusy, bitter aftertaste that lingers a little longer.
However, it is easy to drink with its 13% alcohol content, so you can drink it in gulps 😘.
Nice work, Kaze no Mori! Very aggressive 🤣.
