I tasted it with Gojogawa Sakura when I bought it. It is said to be the base of sake that is aged at ice temperature.
The rice is said to be Aichi no Kaori and Yume Ginko.
It was delicious, but it was more mature than the sakura yeast.
I had my doubts but did not buy it. Thank you for the food.
