I used to drink only cel24, which is available in supermarkets, but this was my first time to try Kameizumi with a different yeast!
It does not have the fruity, mellow aroma of cel24, but it has a soft rice aroma and mouthfeel.
It has a clean, elegant sweetness with little aftertaste.
I think I'll drink more of this one because I won't get tired of it.
