We received Sogen from Suzu, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake😋.
It was always available in supermarkets and convenience stores in the prefecture, but after the earthquake we couldn't find it because it was out of stock 😢This is Sogen's Kenzan that we bought last year 😀.
Although it is a second-grade sake, it is a slightly sweet sake overall, with a good taste of glutinous rice 🌾 and a nice aroma that spreads in the mouth 😚👍.
It's a perfect sake for regular use ✨🥳I'm glad to see these staples that survived the earthquake are starting to show up in stores little by little ✨😭.
