I got on a roll during the Bon Festival and opened a lot of bottles, so I'll have to post them before I forget...
I opened SEA🌊 on sea day, so this is still the one for mountain day ⛰️!
The nose is juicy, sour, grapefruity.
When you include it, chili, clear and beautiful acidity and sweetness spreads. What passes through the nose is softly sweet rice. A light, sweet red-built aroma.
The final taste is a tasty acidity that makes you feel like you can drink as many cups as you want.
I was told that it expresses a magnificent mountain, but I wonder if it has a deeper flavor than SEA.
But my memory is not accurate, so I would like to compare them side by side.

Good evening, Kotaro-san!
It's a quintessential style to open a bottle of SEA on the day of the sea and MOUNTAIN on the day of the mountain 🎵.
And Akabu-san's MICHANKO looks delicious 🤤.
Enjoying sake on the day of the fat is also a good way to enjoy sake 🤗.

Good evening, ma-ki.
I can't resist picking up a bottle of seasonal sake 😆 Akabusan was delicious as always 🎵.
Many of the brands are associated with their hometowns in terms of name and history, so it's fun to match them 🥳.
