Gagakujiro, under the snow
The Sado sake drinking contest has been going on since the end of the year!
I've been saving this one to open in the New Year, and I thought it would be called "Yuki Oroshi," but it's called "Yukiwatari.
This is the first winter sake in the series made with Ippon Sashimi.
It is a low-alcohol sake at 14 degrees.
Smooth, clear and fresh.
It has a plump, gentle, elegant sweetness and moderate acidity.
The flavor is light, but thick and clean.
The flavor is light but thick and clean, and it flows smoothly down the throat.
It is so delicious that you can't help but gulp it down.
The brewer's image is that of a "snow country beauty.
The brewer's image is "Yukiguni Bijin," or, in the words of a celebrity, "Kanna Hashimoto.
I love it.
I opened it on New Year's Day with salted salmon. It's too good.
