Michisakari香るしぼりたて 純米大吟醸
酔nosukeSanzenmori has a spring-like label.
The first aroma is a sweet fruity peach aroma 🍏 The second sip has a green apple-like aroma with only a hint of sweetness 🍏 The second half of the bottle is even less sweet and the dry bitterness prevails. The sake is super dry, with a sake strength of +16 to +17, and the final taste is crisp and sharp!
It was delicious with a gorgeous aroma of freshly squeezed sake and a dry, delicious bitterness 😊.

It was my first sansenzori too, and I imagined it to be sweet because of the pink label 🤔I was surprised at how smooth and refreshing it tasted even though it was super dry when I tried it! I would love to try the other labels too ☺️
