First sake check-in in a month and a half ✅.
I took a break from drinking for a while in November due to a number of reasons, including being told I had dysautonomia, the flu, and a rush of retirements around me 😌.
Thanks to that (?), my liver function was all green😌. So my liver function is all green 🟢 I'm going to start raising it from today ⤴︎
This time I'll be using my favorite 🎊Sono Kangiku🎊.
I was going to save it for the New Year's holiday, but I decided it was the perfect time to open it to celebrate my mother's retirement and opened it 🍶.
The sweetness and moderate acidity that is typical of Kangiku is very delicious! The taste reminds me somewhat of True White 🤔.
I heard it was a special limited brew to show appreciation from the brewery, thank you for your help in 2025 🎉.
