金猫魔
It's been a long time since I've been to Aizu!
Souvenirs are available at Aizu Shurakukan.
Eikawa Sake Brewery's Aizu Ryugasawa is brewed with the sacred water Ryugasawa spring water, which is a representative spring of the Bandai Nishiyamaroku spring group, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. The label is a dragon ball, which makes me feel nostalgic. 100% Aizu-produced Yume-no-Ko (dream aroma) is used.
I strongly feel their commitment to Aizu.
The aroma of rice is in the gorgeous ginjo aroma.
Mellow and fresh.
Thick and firm umami with elegant sweetness and bitterness.
Elegant sweetness and bitterness.
It has the strength of a pure sake, but is not heavy.
It is a very smooth drinking Junmai Daiginjo with good sharpness.
Yum!
The sake cup is Aizu Keizan-yaki.
I had bought a sake cup with a hole in it before, but it was too hard to use (of course), so I bought a sake cup without a hole... The shape fits the handle well and the sake tastes great in the mouth.
