Wataribune五十五 純米吟醸

Another one this time. Watarifune.
It is a sake from Fuchu Homare in Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture,
Mamio-san gave me this sake when he sent me a bottle of Ippou-self.
I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness to give us a sake that we don't see in the Kansai region! I was so impressed by his thoughtfulness!
I will drink it cold.
The color is almost transparent.
The aroma is mild and fresh with a hint of effervescence.
The freshness on the palate with a slight effervescence.
The refreshing cider-like aroma is followed by a calm melon-like sweet and sour taste, and a smooth, creamy rice flavor. The second half has a greenish flavor with a mild bitterness that refreshes the palate.
The finish is crisp and clean with a mild ginjo aroma. The rice at the core of this sake is very good, and I can see why Mamio-san likes this sake so much 😊.
An intense gift exchange in a week 🍶.
It's the fun and connection that can be made because it's Sake-no-wa: ❣️
It was a lot of fun 😆.
Thank you Mamio 💕

Hello, Manachie. Yes, it is! Watanbo is not so common in Kansai, so it was a nice gift 🎁It's a sake that is often drunk at izakaya 😊.
