For a second fermentation in the bottle, it was so smooth that there was no outburst of gas when the bottle was opened that I was a little disappointed.
It's supposed to be lightly cloudy, but there's a lot of oli and it looks a bit cloudy.
I think it's a little too much gas. I think it's too much 🤔.
It tastes fruity at first, but after that, you can enjoy the sake-like taste.
I guess it's a characteristic of this brewery's special sake making process.
Nigori" is not a type of sake with strong character, but rather easy to drink.
