The other day, my junior who was transferred this spring came all the way to see me and brought me this as a gift 😄.
I had received this brand at a lunchtime drinking party in Himeji before, but this was my first time to try Jungin.

It has a gorgeous aroma, fruity sweetness, and a lingering taste with a slight bitterness from the acidity.
It is mildly sweet and delicious 😊.
Nadagiku brews sweet and fruity sake.
The entrée was sashimi of octopus (which my wife bought on our recent trip to Fukuoka and brought back from Itoshima) and squid (which she boiled after rubbing it with salt).
