Tenshin Risshun Asa Shibori was so good that I found Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake Brewery's Risshun Asa Shibori and bought it & drank it immediately for good luck 😆.
Mmmm! Delicious!
Fresh and slightly sweet with a clean aftertaste, it's a gobi-gubi deal. I was able to drink it up with everyone in my parents' house to pray for sake and good health this year! I'm afraid I'm going to get addicted to Risshun Asa Shibori every year 🤣.

Shiraito is delicious enough even when it's fired, but I'm drooling just imagining it as an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Is this limited to Hakata?

There was a pre-order on the brewery's website (it's closed), but the only store that sold it normally was the one store I happened to find. I think it is probably only in nearby areas. Sorry I don't know more about it.
