Junmai Daiginjo by Uguisu in the Garden.
Polishing ratio 35%.
I thought it would be sweet, but it was firm, clear, and dry.
It is a refreshing sake that goes well with food.
The client was surprised at the completely different taste from the previous sake.
It was very delicious! (^O^)
