だいきLiquor sold in the spring (I just drank it).
It is quite sweet, fruity and easy to drink.
It says it goes well with spring wild vegetables, but it's very tasty in winter with garland chrysanthemum!
I don't think it's suitable for hot sake, but it has a nice aroma that would go well with rice in winter.
