The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Urasashi, which I have had before. The third drink was Gennochi by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten.
This is my favorite sake that makes me think that Junmai sake is somehow delicious.
It was already delicious before I drank it (lol), but I will have it soon.
The gorgeous aroma is a real treat.
It is so fresh in the mouth.
And the sweetness and umami - I can't get enough of it.
It is really delicious.
I was reminded once again that this is my favorite sake.
