Kire ✨, a little dry and pleasant. Little umami. There is a bitter aftertaste. It is delicious with scallop kakiage (deep fried scallops) and sweetness 😆. It's also a bit spicy when paired with the sweet tuna stew, but it's also umami 😋. It's a good food wine. My wife says it has the aroma of melted snow, wood (not barrel), coniferous tree 🌲.
