Well, this is juicy! It's already delicious. The first thing that spreads in the mouth is a fizzy, bubbly sensation, followed by a fruity, juicy aftertaste reminiscent of pineapple... too good... too good!
It is more like an after-dinner dessert sake rather than a food wine. I think it would be better to drink it by itself so that it doesn't interfere with the flavor of the sake.
