AizuMiyazumi Junmai-Shu (unpasteurized) For the first time in two years, I went to Aizu, where my wife's parents live. We enjoyed Tsurugajo Castle as a continuation of the children's school trip. I've been there many times, but I never get tired of it. I can spend half a day there without hesitation. The end of the autumn leaves was also great because it was too sunny. It was unexpectedly empty. Of course, one of the purposes of the trip was to buy some sake as a souvenir, and this was my first trip to the prefecture since I started buying sake. We started with Miyaizumi, a sake I have a bit of a connection with. It has a gorgeous, banana-like aroma. It's clear and crisp, with a slight bitterness. A little bitterness is refreshing. The gentle acidity makes it easy to drink, juicy, and It has a crisp aftertaste that disappears quickly. It is delicious. I can drink as much as I want! And the sake cup is Aizu Keizan-yaki, a traditional craft of Fukushima. Aizu Keizan-yaki is a traditional craft of Fukushima. It started in 1592 as a pottery for making roof tiles for Tsuruga Castle. Aizu Keizan-yaki is light, thin, easy to use, comfortable in the hand, calm color, and reasonable price. And the hole in the bottom is a dare. You can't put it down until you finish drinking sake by holding the hole with your finger. This was interesting, but not practical. === Ingredients:Rice(Japan),Rice malt(Japan) Rice: Niigata rice Rice polishing ratio: 60%. Alcohol content: 16 degrees 720ml 1,573yen === ★★★★☆
