Second bottle today 😁.
The first bottle of Fukushima, Aizumusume 😏.
When I opened the bottle... the sake-like alcoholic aroma is rather stronger than the ginjo aroma 😅. I guess😅
The first sip has a very smooth taste with a hint of bitterness, and a little bit of the piquancy of a pure sake 😆.
The sharpness is also well balanced without any unnecessary bitterness 👌... but the aftertaste is a bit strong 👌... but the aftertaste is a bit strong 👌.
...but the aftertaste is a little bit on the downside 😅.
Personally, I think it must be one of my favorites, but I'm not so sure if I'm addicted to it 💧.
If I were in Fukushima, I might prefer the instrument Masamune 🎷.
However, as all Sake-no-wa users know... the taste changes dramatically right after opening the bottle and after the second day! I'm sure many of you have experienced this...so I'll look forward to tomorrow's report 😁.
See you tomorrow at ‼️🤭

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
It's true... 😭 Sake is really a strange drink when you even think about changing the taste 😁.
I never seem to run out of things to explore lol
I'm looking forward to tasting it again on the second day 😍.
