Lightly fruity aroma with a smooth attack. Taste: Light umami. It goes in smoothly and leaves a light aftertaste on the nose.
Again, the appearance does not change at all, but it is a daiginjo. The accompaniment is changed to kinukatsugi (steamed taro with skin). It accompanies the gentle miso taste.
