Nagaragawa Aged Old Sake Junmai Shichidanburi 1999BY
This sake had a strong impact on us when we drank it at the "Traveling Sake" event. It is a very old sake, but it has a refreshing flavor and a deep taste. It is amazing that sake can be drunk even after such a long time.
Nagaragawa SuperFresh Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Genshu
The note says "thick, nutty, sweet and delicious", but I wonder if this is what they mean by this sake...

This was standard delicious.
This was the end of the Gifu Sake event.
After this, we went on our usual wandering drinking tour with Mr. Bouken, but I'll skip that part 🤣.
