Today we had Nozomu's active nigori 😀.
The opening went without a hitch, and we were able to collect the supernatant and nigori for tasting 😀.
I compared it with Hanaboe's Splash and Hanamup, which I opened yesterday, and it tasted even more like a lactic acid drink than Hanaboe's Splash, which is my favorite sake 😇.
I still love nigori sake 😀.
