As the name "Silky Snow" suggests, this sake is silky and slightly dry. So it goes well with chilly spring nights in Shinshu. It goes well on a chilly spring night in Shinshu. It also has a hint of sweetness afterwards. It had been a year since I had tasted Hyakujuro. It is delicious.
