2023 Year in Review.
We had it at "Stand Beanfish."
W Hidahomare 45" Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu (Hidahomare) [Watanabe Shuzo, Gifu].
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet.
When it spreads in the mouth, the bitterness of the alcohol spreads slowly but quite a bit.
However, as one takes two or three sips, the bitterness gradually fades away, leaving only a soft dryness from the sweetness, as if one gets used to it or becomes numb to it.
With each sip, the drink becomes more refreshing and clear.
