I didn't particularly sign up for it, but it was on sale at a liquor store for a pittance, lol.
The yeast is a mix of Yamaguchi 9H yeast and Yamaguchi Sakura yeast.
Mixture of Yamaguchi Sakura yeast and Yamaguchi 9H yeast 😆.
The aroma is not cherry blossom 🌸, but it has a nice, gorgeous aroma👍.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, but the umami is strong 💕.
It's just like Gobashi 😁.
I went to my partner's parents' house on the weekend.
Mount Iwate was beautiful 🎶.
