Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Jungin from Gobashi's autumn/winter hanpukai: ❣️ I didn't particularly sign up for it, but it was on sale at a liquor store for a pittance, lol. The yeast is a mix of Yamaguchi 9H yeast and Yamaguchi Sakura yeast. Mixture of Yamaguchi Sakura yeast and Yamaguchi 9H yeast 😆. The aroma is not cherry blossom 🌸, but it has a nice, gorgeous aroma👍. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, but the umami is strong 💕. It's just like Gobashi 😁. I went to my partner's parents' house on the weekend. Mount Iwate was beautiful 🎶. And the ramen you've been waiting for 🍜! Chives with spicy pork bone broth It was spicy and delicious 😋! The roasted pork belly was so tender and tender. ❣️
