Kumakichi
The other day, I had a taste of the Kutouryuu hanging mouth, and then, when I heard that the Kuroryu hanging mouth was now available, I immediately went to buy one!
Kuroryu Jungin Hareguchi Nama Sake
Kuzuryu had the best balance of sweetness, flavor and acidity, but how does Kuroryu taste?
This one was too cold at first!
The taste was quite hard from the moment I put it in my mouth, but as it returned to room temperature, the sweet-amami and acidity became more pronounced!
Kutouryuu's Dorokuchi had a gorgeous flavor that could be enjoyed on its own, while Kuroryu's Dorokuchi had a refreshing taste that is perfect for a mealtime sake!
