Yesterday, I came back to Morioka from my parents' houses in Saga and Fukuoka, respectively✈️ anyway, it's a long way 💦Too much for a first generation 😅I chose this tonight to relieve my fatigue💁‍♂️  Let's start with the standing aroma. It is fresh, cloudy, and has a unique fermentation feeling, along with a hint of rice sweetness and a green, youthful, melon-like aroma. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness of rice and the natural vitality of the brewer's yeast in the smooth mouthfeel, followed by a faint bitterness.  Serve with Tempura of Koshibara & Kogomi. The fresh, wild butterbur-like aroma and slightly sticky taste of koshiorabra through the nose and the light, sticky taste of kogomi go well with this sake 😄It goes very well with wild vegetables👍.
